Position 1: Injection Molding Technician

  • To setup and trouble shoot on plastic injection molding, ability to test new moulds.
  • Strong technical background in plastic moulding manufacturing environment.
  • Familiarization with NISSEI, SODICK, SUMITOMO & FANUC injection moulding machines.
  • Able to handle plastic material such as LCP, PPS, ABS, Nylon etc.
  • To carry out mold changing by following production schedule.
  • Maintain and improve targeted quality, yield and cycle time of all injection- moulding machine. Analyze and rectify problems encountered during operation.
  • Ensure the smooth running of production in the absence of the Production Supervisor.
  • Control and maintain tools, equipment and machinery in the production room.
  • At least 3 to 5 years relevant working experience.

Position 2: Mold Maintenance Technician/Engineer/Supervisor

  • Familiar with the maintenance of injection molding machines. Identify, plan, schedule and organize maintenance repair works. Able to troubleshoot and implement preventive measures. Daily repair job and follow up with pending job
  • Monitor daily preventive maintenance job
  • Monitor daily down mould checking status
  • Repair complicated mould and improve the failure mould
  • Carry out regular communication with Production and Design team to monitor the progress according to production schedule
  • Analyse the machine data, part dimension data and molding parameter together with Project Engineer
  • Proper documentation on all Tooling related matters
  • Provide necessary support to ensure arising issues during production are bring resolved to sustain and improve yield and productivity in cooperation with Production department
  • Meet the lead time for mold repair, maintenance and improvement

Position 3: QC Technician

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle Quality Control activities
  • Preparing and Inspecting of In-coming, In-process and Out-going products in accordance to the respective engineering drawings
  • Prepare and handle In-coming, In-process and Out-going reports and documents
  • Decide and make judgement or decision on Quality matters (Non-conformance/OOS/Cosmetic)
  • Report Quality problem/incident to the respective Quality Engineer/Manager
  • Handle supplier/in-house/customer NCMF
  • Provide suggestions/solutions for Quality related issues
  • Assist and support QA in resolving customer complaints
  • Prepare and provide continuous improvement plans for Quality Department

Job Requirements

  • Diploma in any field
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in Quality /QA/QC field
  • Knowledge Basic Use of Measurement Equipments such as Caliper, TMS, PP to check on finished products.
  • Experience in precision engineering company with understanding and detect common plastic defects
  • Knowledge of interpreting Engineering drawings and specifications with an intermediate understanding of geometric tolerance and dimensions
  • Good eyesight and communication skills

Position 4: FA Technician

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform FA measurement using measuring equipments such as Smart scope, Toolmaker Scope and various measuring instruments.
  • Have basic GDT knowledge and able to interpret basic dimensions.
  • Knowledge in CPK, PPAP, SPC and CPK.
  • Able to interpret technical/mechanical drawings and blue-prints.
  • Maintain good 5S practices in the workplace.
  • Preferred with experience in manufacturing environment and ISO procedures.
  • Vocational Certificate or NTC with min. 2 years’ QA experience or equivalent
  • Knowledge of MS Office Excel is a must.
  • Provide suggestions/solutions for Quality related issues
  • Assist and support QA in resolving customer complaints
  • Prepare and provide continuous improvement plans for Quality Department
