Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Management of Human Capital Development and Administration
  • Company and HR policy and procedures
  • Employees relationship by advocating corporate core value
  • Responsible to be the driving force in human capital development and milestone plan actualization, manpower contribution performance as well as performance appraisal system.
  • Plan, organize, develop goal and ensure achievement of the team to enhance the manpower contribution performance.
  • Initiate the job method improvement in the department and company.
  • Handling subordinates’ problems according to company policy.
  • Perform budgeting practice on departmental and company manpower budgeting which including the manpower headcount, training, compensation and benefits.
  • Monitor in performance management system and annual performance appraisal process.
  • To review in deployment of HR Policies and Procedures in compliance with the Company’s objectives.

(Mandarin Speaking will be highly required for this position as for internal communication)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
