Roles & Responsibilities:
- Management of Human Capital Development and Administration
- Company and HR policy and procedures
- Employees relationship by advocating corporate core value
- Responsible to be the driving force in human capital development and milestone plan actualization, manpower contribution performance as well as performance appraisal system.
- Plan, organize, develop goal and ensure achievement of the team to enhance the manpower contribution performance.
- Initiate the job method improvement in the department and company.
- Handling subordinates’ problems according to company policy.
- Perform budgeting practice on departmental and company manpower budgeting which including the manpower headcount, training, compensation and benefits.
- Monitor in performance management system and annual performance appraisal process.
- To review in deployment of HR Policies and Procedures in compliance with the Company’s objectives.
(Mandarin Speaking will be highly required for this position as for internal communication)
