  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Preparation of tender requirement, , Valuation and review of Sub Contractor claim

  • Attend and communicate with the consultant or site meeting with work and contract issue

  • Budget control and price negotiation on project

  • Any other job task as assigned from time to time

  • To liaise with office team for costing matter.

Site Supervisor :
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Candidate must possess Diploma or Certificate in Building/Construction/Civil Engineering
  • Must be dynamic, pro-active and hardworking
  • Able to work with minimum supervision

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • To coordinate all site activities in accordance with outlined construction schedule
  • To ensure all construction works are carried out as per Construction Drawings and Specifications
  • To oversee/supervise work in progress for workers productivity and also to ensure minimum wastages on materials usage
  • To handle the complaints received and resolve them within the time frame
  • To participate in all sub-contractors meeting
  • To organize the workflows for sub-contractor and worker
  • To ensure that the works is built to quality standard with minimum defects

Working hours
Monday - Friday ： 8.30am - 5.30pm
Saturday : 8.30am - 1.00pm
EPF, Perkeso , EIS , Annual Leave ，Salary Increase ,
