Job Descriptions
- Responsible to establish and develop strong working relationships with our Key Accounts to achieve business objectives.
- Manage fund effectively within budget allocated in order to maximize the activity ROI.
- To work closely with the Marketing Team for A&P (advertising & promotional) funding support and product positioning strategy in the outlets.
- Monitor the monthly sales performance of all assigned key accounts to ensure in-market sales objectives are achieved.
- Submit a monthly report to the immediate supervisor within the stipulated timelines.
- Lead key account team & understanding all key sales functions
- Accountable for Team Sales Target
- Other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 -4 years of experience in key account management, sales or business development, preferably within FMCG industry.
- Min 2 years experience handling chain pharmacies (Watsons/Guardian/BCG is essential)
- Proven ability to support aggressive growth strategies and expand distribution channels.
- Strong relationship management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to speak Mandarin would be an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Willingness to travel as required.
