Internal Audit:
- Assist to undertakes internal audits to ensure the Group meets its financial, operational and compliance effectiveness and efficiency.
- Reports on control deficiencies of processes and making recommendations to mitigate risk and add value which includes identifying opportunities for refinement.
- Engaging remediation of identified issues through follow-up.
Policy and Procedure Review:
- Assist in the maintenance and review of policies and procedures, including ensuring they are up to date with all legislation and best practices.
- Supports the development of an assurance planning reporting process.
Sustainability Integration:
- Integrate Sustainability content and messaging for internal and external audiences.
- Communicating with a variety of stakeholders across the company.
Others:
- Undertake other ad-hoc tasks when necessary
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Excellent written and spoken English skills. Fluency in Mandarin is an added advantage
- 1-2 years of audit experience in an audit firm or Internal Audit Department in a listed company with exposure to property development and construction sector.
- Relevant skills that would be beneficial include experience with risk management, compliance, internal control, and data analysis.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision, enthusiastic personality, good organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail, efficiency, organize, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated with an appetite to learn, integrity, and professional ethics.
