  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job description

Contract Management & Procurement

  • Responsible for handling and managing contract and procurement-related matters.
  • To execute proper commercial evaluation that is clear and meets the expectations of the Management
  • Prepare, review, and manage tender documents, contracts, and bills of quantities (BOQ).
  • Lead the tendering process, including evaluating contractor bids and negotiating pricing and awards.
  • Manage contractual claims, variations, and change orders with contractors and suppliers.
  • To complete the procurement process by ensuring proper administrative closure on required documentation and filing.
  • To conduct sourcing in a timely fashion and always secure the best value for every purchase for the Company.
  • To receive, check, and process the EPR received from Estates / Central Store.
  • To ensure the delivery of the items requested in a timely manner to the requestor.

Project Financial Oversight

  • Prepare and submit financial reports, cash flow forecasts, and cost-to-complete analyses.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, contract terms, and project budgets.
  • Certify contractor payments and manage project invoicing.
  • To prepare interim progress claim (“IPC”) by contractors.

Risk Management & Compliance

  • Identify and mitigate financial and contractual risks in projects.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, legal requirements, and company policies.
  • Liaise with legal teams on contract disputes and resolutions.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Maintain strong relationships with contractors, suppliers, and consultants.
  • Represent the company in negotiations and contract discussions with stakeholders.
  • Provide strategic advice to senior management on cost-related matters.
  • To liaise with end user to facilitate technical queries and evaluation.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
