KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Market Analysis and Opportunity Identification:

  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential customers within the industrial filtration sector, including analysis of industry trends, competitor landscape, and emerging technologies.
  • Identify key decision-makers within target companies and develop tailored sales strategies to approach them effectively.

Lead Generation and Prospecting:

  • Actively generate leads through cold calling, networking, attending industry events, and utilizing online platforms to build a robust pipeline of potential clients.
  • Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to attract new customers and nurture leads.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing customers by understanding their filtration needs, providing technical expertise, and ensuring timely delivery of products and services.

Sales Cycle Management:

  • Prepare detailed proposals and presentations to showcase the value proposition of the company's industrial filters, addressing specific customer pain points and requirements.
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms with potential clients to secure profitable deals.
  • Effectively manage the sales pipeline, tracking progress and ensuring timely closure of sales opportunities.

Technical Expertise:

  • Possess a deep understanding of industrial filtration technologies, including various industrial filter types (water filter, PP melt-blown filter, High Flow Cartridges, String Wound Cartridge Filter, Condensate filter in Power Plant, etc.) their applications, and performance parameters.
  • Provide technical support to customers by addressing their filtration challenges and recommending suitable solutions.

Agile and Strategic

  • Collaborate closely with the management team and technical support to develop comprehensive sales strategies and execute swiftly marketing initiatives.
  • Share market insights and customer feedback with internal stakeholders to inform product development and improvement.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of at least 4 years of sales experience within the industrial filtration market.
  • Strong technical knowledge of industrial filtration systems and applications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build strong customer relationships and manage complex sales cycles.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as within a team.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
