Job Purpose:
The Operations Support Executive will be responsible for managing and coordinating administrative and operational activities related to tenancy agreements, rental payments, and documentation processes. This role ensures smooth communication with landlords and Mobile Network Operators (MNOs) and maintains accurate records within the Tower Co system.
Key Responsibilities:
Tenancy & Rental Management:
- Prepare and manage paperwork for rental payments, tenancy agreements (TA), and renewals.
- Prepare and manage landlord's security deposit and related documentation.
- Liaise and follow up with landlords to ensure timely submission of relevant documentation.
- Maintain and track TA renewals in the Tower Co system.
Financial & Procurement Management:
- Manage purchase requests (PR) in Sage Software.
- Prepare and manage LHDN TA stamping via the portal.
Documentation & Coordination with MNOs:
- Prepare and manage documentation for Letters of Offer (LOO) & Supplementary Letters of Offer (SLOO) with MNOs.
- Liaise and follow up with MNOs to arrange document signing and deposit collection.
- Track and manage the database for LOO renewals with MNOs and within the Tower Co system.
Database & Records Management:
- Maintain the master database for all tracking activities in the Tower Co system.
- Update finance records for revised license fees and land leases.
Job Requirements:
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in administrative support, operations, or tenancy management.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with Sage Software and online portals like LHDN is an advantage.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to liaise professionally with landlords, internal teams, and external partners.
- Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Teamwork: Collaborative mindset and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to addressing issues and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
