Job Description
We are searching for a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our growing Damansara office. This is a key role providing support to our Operational teams, as well as insight on the outcomes of quality and controls aligned to FNZ’s Quality Framework.
As a Quality Assurance expert, this role supports the team through providing data on training, process, knowledge and control gaps and ensures these are addressed as part of the FNZ Operational quality framework.

You will be charged with developing a complete QA program that not only safeguards product quality but also fosters a culture in which all employees are actively engaged.
Key responsibilities also include:
- Interpret, build upon, and comply with company quality assurance standards
- Maintain complaint and nonconformance processing through records and tracking systems, including root-cause analysis and corrective actions
- Document quality assurance activities with internal reporting and audits
- Identify training needs and take action to ensure staff compliance
- Assist operations by tracking, documenting, and reporting quality levels as well individual reporting for SLAs and KPIs
- Provide input to enhance and update the Quality Framework as required to remain relevant and aligned to the organisation’s goals
- Monitor risk-management procedures, maintain an issues register for to managers and report functionality gaps/issues to the System stabilization project
- Provide training and support other quality assessors that covers systems, policies, procedures, and core processes
What are we ideally looking for in a successful candidate?
- Minimum 3 years quality assurance experience is preferred
- Strong technical skills including working knowledge of FNZ’s processes and fund rules
- Solid background in Financial Reporting and controls.
- Experience within the finance industry (RG146/tertiary education is desirable)
- Ability to work autonomously to tight deadlines with multiple deliverables.
- Have strong attention to detail – enabling you to understand the customers enquiry, seek clarification and provide an appropriate, complete and qualitative response every time
- Have good organisation skills with ability to work under pressure, prioritise and escalate when needed
- The ability to adapt to change –as a result of both legislation and Company changes
- You are naturally curious and have an optimistic attitude with an ability to adapt to change, which enables you to demonstrate your sound problem solving and analytical skills
- You enjoy collaborating with different business units and thinking outside the box to achieve positive outcomes, as well as working independently
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal, including telephone manner)
- Strong service focus with a proactive approach to delivering on time
- Due to the nature of this role, flexible shift patterns will operate, between 8am and 6pm MYT
