- Billing to customers
- Key in invoices into accounting software
- Send SOA to customers and chase for outstanding customer collections
- Assist in preparing payment to supplier
- Prepare bank reconciliation
- Monthly accounts payable & accounts receivable closing
- Prepare SST report
- Monthly management accounts closing and reporting
- Update & review audit schedule
- Assist in preparing & updating department SOP Liaise with internal or external auditor and tax agent
- Support Administrative Task
- Undertake special or adhoc tasks/ assignments/ project as and when required by Management from time to time
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
