Responsibilities: -
- Responsible for overall and efficient planning on work activities, scheduling and progress measurement;
- Develop, maintain and analyze critical path plans and related schedules for all activities on a project;
- To take pre-emptive measure to ensure timely delivery of project;
- Preparation of project progress report and analysis of actual versus plan;
- Recommendation of remedial action for any significant deviation;
- Periodically updating schedules to include scope changes, latest progress and delivery information;
- Attend site meeting as and when required;
- Liaison with relevant parties that includes client, consultant and other third parties when necessary.
Requirements: -
- Degree/ Diploma in any Engineering discipline;
- At least 5 years working experience in scheduling for construction works;
- Proficiency in MS Project or Primavera;
- Excellent planning and monitoring skills;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Highly motivated with strong organizational and time management skills;
- Ability to prioritize to meet strict deadlines;
