  • Responsible for Daily Admin related job
  • To prepare documentations like sales order, delivery order and invoice in a timely and accurate manner
  • Maintain files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible
  • To attend customer’s feedback and handle customer related enquiries and email.
  • To ensure that payments have been received from customer before goods are being dispatched out
  • Any additional ad-hoc task whenever required

Requirement :

  • Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM/’A” Level/Diploma in any fields of study.
  • Fresh Graduated is encouraged to apply.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field.
  • Computer Literacy & ability to work independently.
  • Knowledge in AutoCount System is an advantage.
  • Able to work 5.5 days a week
  • Salary will commensurate with qualifications and experience.
