  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.

Projecthaus PLT is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Education Counselor (Marketing & Consultation) to join our team. This role involves student recruitment, career counseling, and marketing initiatives to promote education opportunities in Malaysia. If you are passionate about guiding students toward their academic goals and have strong marketing and communication skills, we invite you to be part of our growing team!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide career counseling and education consultation to students and parents about universities, colleges, and courses in Malaysia
  • Assist students with admission applications, scholarship opportunities, and visa procedures
  • Handle student inquiries via phone, email, social media, and walk-ins, ensuring prompt and professional responses
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract potential students through digital campaigns, social media, and partnerships
  • Organize and participate in education fairs, school visits, webinars, and university open days
  • Build and maintain relationships with students, parents, schools, and universities
  • Maintain and update student database and lead tracking to ensure follow-ups and conversions
  • Work closely with the marketing team to create promotional content for social media, website, and brochures
  • Analyze market trends, student interests, and competitor strategies to enhance marketing efforts
  • Ensure that all counseling and marketing activities align with company policies and ethical standards

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a student-first approach
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Other languages are a plus)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and social media platforms
  • Passion for education and helping students achieve their career goals
  • Willingness to travel locally and internationally for recruitment events when required
