Sales Executive (Dealers & Contractors)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, carpenters and key stakeholders.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, and cold calling to open new accounts.
  • Promote and introduce Greenlam products to existing and new accounts to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Conduct effective product presentations to stakeholders and potential clients to showcase our products' advantages and salient features.
  • Manage the collection of payments from clients in a timely manner.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with industry associations, trade organizations, and key influencers to enhance brand visibility and market reach.
  • Work with internal teams, including marketing, accounts, logistics, and customer service, to ensure smooth sales management and project deliveries.
  • Gather and relay market insights to management for strategic decision-making.
  • Maintain accurate records by entering visit details, sample information, and client data into Salesforce CRM.

Job Requirement:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the building materials and/or surfacing products with proven track specification and sales track record.
  • Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong business acumen with a strategic mindset.
  • Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
