Job Responsibility

Digital Marketing Strategy & Branding

  • Maintain and strengthen the company’s brand presence across all digital platforms, ensuring consistency in tone, messaging, and visuals.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in B2B digital marketing to enhance strategy effectiveness.

Content Development

  • Work with Subject Matter Experts to create and publish whitepapers, case studies, industry insights, and newsletters to showcase the company’s thought leadership, technical expertise, and client success stories.

Lead Generation & Campaigns

  • Manage the company’s digital presence on platforms like LinkedIn and EMS-related forums.
  • Develop targeted LinkedIn and EDM (Email Direct Marketing) campaigns to reach decision-makers, increase awareness of the company’s capabilities, and differentiate it from competitors.
  • Analyze campaign performance data (including A/B testing) and optimize for better engagement and conversion.

Website & SEO Management

  • Maintain and enhance the company’s website to effectively showcase its services and capabilities.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance across all channels, providing regular reports on key metrics to measure engagement.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to refine strategies, improve conversion rates, and align marketing efforts with sales objectives.

Exhibition & Event Support

  • Assist in booth design and setup for trade exhibitions and marketing events.
  • Promote event participation through online postings and post-event write-ups to maximize exposure.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing especially in B2B electronics or manufacturing
  • sectors would be an advantage
  • At least 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B sector, with a focus on content creation, email marketing, website management, and LinkedIn marketing.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn advertising and lead generation tactics.
  • Solid understanding of SEO best practices and website analytics tools (e.g.,GoogleAnalytics) and good level of understanding and experienced in SEM.
  • Hands-on experience with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress or Headless CMS, and email marketing platforms like Mailchimp, HubSpot

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM100,000.00 per month
