  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Overview

We are offering an Operations & Marketing Internship to individuals interested in gaining hands-on experience in foreign currency exchange and remittance services at Qurex. The intern will primarily support daily operations, including transaction processing, regulatory compliance, and customer service. A secondary responsibility will involve supporting the marketing team in customer acquisition and service promotion.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily currency exchange and remittance transactions.
  • Provide customer service and support during over-the-counter transactions.
  • Support marketing efforts to promote Qurex’s services to new and existing customers.
  • Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Assist with any ad-hoc tasks or projects assigned by the team

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, finance or a related field
  • Priority given to final-semester students available for a 6-month internship.
  • Candidates with their own transport will be considered an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Ms Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM500.00 - RM800.00 per month

  • Shah Alam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
