- Handling AP, AR , GL accounting and perform month end closing in a timely manner.
- Process invoices, prepare payments and data entry posting.
- Process all petty cash payments: prepare and issue payments.
- Process goods receiving data entries & invoices
- Assist in audit and tax preparation.
- Knowledgeable in Malaysian tax law and procedures including SST and/or GST.
- Prepare bank reconciliation and monitor daily bank balances
- Process staff claims payments.
- Perform detailed reconciliations of accounts and resolve problems as needed
- Organise accounts documents and assist in administrative matter.
- Any other tasks assigned by Finance Manager & superiors.
- Reconcile daily, monthly and yearly transactions
- To liaise with auditor, bank and handle government matters with authorities.
Requirements
- Possess minimum LCCI.
- Minimum 1.5 years working experience
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy required
- Good literacy in using Microsoft words, Excel application, Power Point.
- Internet savvy and able to use Zoom, skype etc.
- Dedicated and fast leaner.
- Good communication & interpersonal skill.
- Able to meet deadline, able to multi-task with minimum supervision and capacity to work independently.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skill.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Experience:
