  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Skyways Technics is looking for a Composite Technician with experience in aircraft structure repair. The Composite Technician daily assesses and repairs all kinds of composite structure components. The Composite Technician reports to the composite shop supervisor.

Job Description:
    • Inspect aircraft structural components (leading edges, radomes, flight controls, nacelle/cowls, fairings, etc.).
    • Prepare a full assessment and picture defects that need to be rectified, propose a repair scheme for each of them.
    • Perform composite repairs involving :
  • The use of all types of composite materials.
  • Fabrication of partial or full moulds.
  • The use of hot bonders and autoclave curing.
  • The Radio Frequency testing of randoms after repair.
  • The use of specific OEM-designed test benches (radome, shell replacement tool, flap tool, flight controls balancing tool).
    • Make sure to maintain appropriate quality standards at all times.
    • Accomplish assigned maintenance tasks by company procedures and approved technical data.
    • Reassembly and test of the aircraft component.
    • Report any discrepancy to the Supervisor.
    • Observe and practice appropriate safety precautions.
  • Requirements:
    • Fluent in English, both speaking and writing.
    • Microsoft Office skills.
    • 3 years of work experience in Part 145 Maintenance organization in the field of aircraft composite structure repair (composite).
    • Knowledge of aviation Part 145 legislation.
