  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Sales : Manage overseas agents quotations and itinerary arragement for Free Individual Travellers ( FIT ), International Market sales.
  • Hotel Room Bookings : Managing daily hotel reservations and bookings, close outs and allotments.
  • Itinerary arrangement : Booking of transfers & tours, attraction tickets, restaurants, guides etc.
  • Invoicing : Timely invoicing into system for billing to clients
  • Product Creation : Assisting the Manager in Charge to create new products / Promotions
  • Reporting to Associate Account Director International Market
  • REQUIREMENTS :
  • Preferably with at least 5 years working experience in a travel agency, preferably with Travel On-line B2B Platforms
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Hospitality/Tourism /Hotel Management or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): Microsoft outlook email, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, MS Word , Computer literacy, Internet Application
  • Fit & Mobile, as this role requires meeting clients and being on ground when there are on-tour co-ordination and client inspections.
  • Required language(s): English, Mandarin
  • Online system is in dual language (English & Mandarin), the candidate must be able to read/write in these 2 languages
  • Posses good destinations knowledge of Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia will be an advantage
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently. Dedicated and honest with a positive working attitude
  • Good communication skills ( written & verbal ) with pleasant personality
  • Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants with internship experience before are encouraged to apply.
  • 2 Full-Time position(s) available for Malaysians or Malaysian PR only.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Petaling Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • travel agency or event co-ordination: 4 years (Required)
