1. Oversee and manage financial transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and invoicing.
2. Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
3. Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
4. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
5. Assist with audits and tax filing processes.

Corporate Secretarial Executive

1. Provide company secretarial services to a range of client companies.
2. Update and maintain as well as take custody (if applicable) of all relevant statutory records, books, forms and documents by ensuring all documents are updated and being stored in Drive for data integrity.
3. General administrative work and filing of documents.
4. Ensure progress of all tasks is updated in the individual monitoring list.
5. Handling of applications, registrations and filings with various government agencies on behalf of clients.
6. Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties assigned from time-to-time.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Proven experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance roles.
  • Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Autocount / SQL).
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
