  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a Cashier to provide excellent customer service while efficiently handling transactions in retail store located in Sunway Pyramid & Sunway Velocity Mall. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, friendly, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • • Process customer purchases accurately using the cash register or point-of-sale (POS) system.
  • Handle cash, credit/debit card, and digital payment transactions securely.
  • Issue receipts, refunds, or exchanges in accordance with company policies.
  • Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
  • Assist customers with inquiries and provide a positive shopping experience.
  • Monitor cash register balances and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Follow company policies regarding sales, promotions, and customer service.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a cashier or in a customer service role is an advantage.
  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly.
  • Basic knowledge of POS systems and digital payment methods.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.

Benefits:

  • Incentives of up to 10% of the monthly salary, based on the store's achievement and budget.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
