  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to the management team
  • Handling a variety of office duties including filing, data entry, scheduling appointments and managing correspondence
  • Assisting with the coordination of meetings, events and travel arrangements
  • Maintaining comprehensive and organized records and databases
  • Performing various ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
  • Provide and handle daily secretarial and admin support to the project and QS team to ensure the smooth running of the department operations.
  • Process all outgoing communications accordingly in the form of emails, correspondences, reports, memos, letters and incoming correspondences.
  • Develop and maintain a project filling system, for multiple projects (also acting as Document Controller) in accordance with the best practice.
  • Distribute of documents and drawings to internal & external departments/personnel.
  • Doing classification and tagging of documents/drawing based on the document coding.
  • To upkeep the database of all documents, drawings and other record and ensuring that the information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Ensure minutes of meetings are written comprehensively and accurately and thereafter, distributed to the relevant parties promptly.
  • Ensure effective follow-up on project, assignment or task force, i.e. timeline, completion and action to be taken by person in charge of Head of Department prior to projects meetings and Progress Report Meetings.
  • Experience of dealing with highly confidential information with tact and sensitivity.
  • Any other duties as may be assigned by the Management from time to time.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month

Education:

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Site Clerk: 2 years (Preferred)

Language:

  • English (Preferred)
