Job Summary

  • Responsible to oversee all aspects of a production line and optimize manufacturing operations at Kyodo Engineering Sdn Bhd. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient operations, maintaining product quality, meeting production targets, and resolving any issues that arise during the manufacturing process, often by supervising teams and coordinating with other departments to optimize production flow and adherence to company standards & safety regulations

Job Responsibility

  • Responsible for production planning and scheduling as required by company
  • Lead and supervise production teams, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, providing training, and addressing employee concern
  • Ensure all products meet quality standards by implementing quality checks throughout the production process, identifying and addressing quality issues, and collaborating with the quality control department
  • Train and supervise production staff to enhance skills and ensure smooth operations
  • Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and procedures within the production area
  • Analyze and handle troubleshooting and resolve production related issues in a timely manner
  • Regularly communicate production status updates to management, provide reports on key performance indicators, and collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations

The Requirement

  • Minimum with Certificate, Diploma or degree or a related field
  • At least 2-3 years related work experience in a Production or Manufacturing environment
  • Leadership abilities to motivate and manage a production team effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Proven experience in a manufacturing production environment, ideally with supervisory responsibility
  • Familiarity with ISO Standards and workplace safety regulations is an added advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
