Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Government Procurement Executive to manage and oversee procurement processes related to government tenders, contracts, and ePerolehan submissions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with government procurement regulations, coordinating tender submissions, and managing supplier relationships to secure government projects efficiently. Key Responsibilities: -Government Procurement & ePerolehan Management -Handle end-to-end procurement processes for government contracts, including tender preparation, submission, and compliance with government regulations. -Manage and update company profiles, licenses, and documentation on ePerolehan and other government procurement portals. -Identify and track government tender opportunities relevant to the company’s business. -Tender Preparation & Submission -Prepare tender documents, including technical and financial proposals, in compliance with government requirements. -Ensure timely submission of tenders, quotations, and contract bids via ePerolehan or other relevant platforms. -Liaise with internal departments to gather necessary information for tender submissions. -Regulatory Compliance & Documentation -Ensure all procurement activities comply with government regulations, procurement acts, and company policies. -Maintain accurate records of all tenders, contracts, and procurement activities for auditing and reporting purposes. -Monitor and renew company registrations with relevant government agencies, including MOF (Ministry of Finance) licensing, CIDB, and other required certifications. -Supplier & Stakeholder Engagement -Develop and maintain good relationships with government agencies, procurement officers, and key decision-makers. -Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers and subcontractors for government projects. -Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services according to contract terms. -Reporting & Performance Analysis -Prepare procurement reports, bid performance analysis, and cost evaluations to improve future tender success rates. -Provide strategic recommendations on procurement improvements and new opportunities in government contracts. Qualifications & Requirements: -Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. -Minimum 2-3 years of experience in government procurement, tenders, or ePerolehan processes. -Familiar with MOF regulations, ePerolehan system, and government procurement policies. -Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills. -Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under tight deadlines. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement software. -Ability to liaise with government agencies and regulatory bodies effectively.
