Responsibilities
- Support Operations Manager and Executive in the daily operations of the team
- Oversee day-to-day operations & ensuring smooth operations on the respective in charged outlets.
-To train, guide & coach service staff including counseling whenever required.
-Responsible for employee's performance & discipline.
-To ensure outlet activities are operated smoothly and according to the Standard Operating Procedures.
-Performs other assignment as defined & delivered by the Management.
-Must be able to travel within outlets that under your supervision.
-Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Management from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- 1 to 2 years experience working as Merchandiser or other related role
- Good interpersonal skills. Must be able to interact with all levels/positions.
- Detail-oriented, good in time-management and able to work under stress and meet deadline.
- Possess own transport
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
