Position Summary
The roles and responsibilities of a Executive, Human Capital & Admin generally involve overseeing both human resources and administrative functions within an organization. This position plays a crucial role in shaping the workforce and organizational structure to foster long-term business success.
Key Accountability

- Supporting the Head of MASKargo Logistics Sdn. Bhd (MLSB) in addressing issues or concerns related to employees and Trade Union Workers (TWU).
- Involve in engagements related to Human Capital matters involving Malaysia Aviation Group (MAG), Trade Union Workers (TWU), regulatory bodies, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
- Enforce Human Capital strategies and initiatives in alignment with overall business objectives, as well as facilitating in any resource planning for business.
- Implement and manage human capital functions, including recruitment and talent acquisition, budgeting, reporting and analytics, manual and policies as well as administrative management.
- Ensure the organization complies with labour laws, health and safety regulations, and other relevant compliance requirements, including adherence to operational processes in line with QHSE assessment standards such as ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018.

Qualification & Working Experience
- A minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Operations or Service Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Human Resources Professional Certification
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in human resources or a related field.
- Knowledgeable in Logistics Operations and Supply Chain Management
- Knowledgeable in Human Resources Management
- Knowledgeable in managing Trade Union
