Role Proficiency:
Connect with prospects build sales pipeline qualify deals. Responsible for single campaign.
Outcomes:
- Utilize prospecting and research tools coordinate with assigned reps to qualify opportunities; prepare for and book pitch meetings with target prospects.
- Prospect and BUILD a Sales Pipeline via Outbound Calling and E-Mail Campaigns.
- Qualify all sales Leads allocate as appropriate and drive Leads through the sales process by initiating Conference Calls and Face-to-Face appointments with Field Sales Team.
- Significantly enhance database by researching new suspects refer databases available online read industry trade and other tech publications.
- Gather sales intelligence around prospect’ situation needs and decision process
- Using efficient and structured processes to timely follow up leads coming from trade shows events campaigns and other activities/sources.
- Strategize with team members to innovate & improve the overall sales development process
- Conduct sales development best practices with email phone and social drips using enablement technology to connect with new prospects.
Measures of Outcomes:
- Number of meetings - CLOSED CONVERTED
- Number of meaningful activities per week (100+)
Outputs Expected:
Collaboration with Sales team:
- Work closely and collaboratively with the sales team to develop and implement appropriate prospect communication
- Work with the Field Sales Team on specific Opportunities and help coordinate all sales resources needed for each Opportunity.
- Coordinating multiple sales resources across the entire sales process from lead identification through post-sales support.
Internal stakeholder management:
- Work internally with other departments to ensure proper quality and quantity of demonstrations
- Working closely with Marketing team to drive traffic to online campaigns or in-person events

You are responsible for identifying new potential opportunities of growth for the Organization in APAC region. To lead and drive the development of new accounts. The Business Development Manager is also required to liaise closely with the Program Manager or Account Manager to further nurture the relationship with current client to develop and grow the existing account. This person would need to work closely with the Portfolio Manager to ensure continuous incoming revenue stream to ensure we meet the company’s financial and growth objectives. Strategize with the HOD to determine new areas of growth and expansion. Develop and manage sales & marketing tools/materials. Identify new areas/industries to successfully expand the business into. Build and maintain rapport with existing clients ensuring we maintain to be top of mind. Review and understand client’s needs and requirements, whilst ensuring the team is able to deliver accordingly. Requirement Degree in IT/ Finance/Marketing/Business Administration and MBA with minimum 5 years working experience. Experience level 5-10 years, with minimum of 3 years' experience in Business Development or similar role in KL region. Should have Experience in Software / IT market for a minimum of 3 years Proven track record of building new business’ or securing new clients. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders of various levels. Accountable, Multitasking, Should have good positive attitude Have participated and willing to join various tech conferences and IT meetups for networking Strong Entrepreneurial Spirit, great Communication Skills & Fluent in English Should have Good social media skills like Linkedin Looking for Malaysian candidate who is ready to work from Kuala Lumpur location.
