  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibility

  • Responsible for measuring and coordinating the renovation of new stores, and handling the procedures for site entry.
  • Supervise and follow up on the store renovation process to ensure timely completion according to the opening schedule.
  • Monitor the store renovation project based on design drawings (including renovation, maintenance, fire safety, etc.), track progress, and ensure quality control.
  • Implement the company's guidelines and regulations for renovation projects, ensuring that the entire store construction process meets the design requirements and acceptance standards. Supervise construction and inspection, ensuring renovation quality meets the standards and the image aligns with the company’s requirements.
  • Keep abreast of market information in the renovation industry, collecting and providing feedback on relevant prices, processes, and quality information.
  • Manage, schedule, inspect, and process payment for engineering work.
  • Maintain and repair equipment.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Mandarin is essential to effectively communicate with our clients and partners in Mandarin-speaking regions
  • No specific academic requirements, fresh graduates welcome, preferably with a background in interior decoration or construction-related fields.
  • Over one year of experience in mall or specialty store renovation and project management.
  • Familiar with store renovation, supervision, material management, and related systems.
  • Proficient in construction techniques, with a strong ability to understand and work with blueprints. Able to independently manage construction projects.
  • Diligent and meticulous, willing to travel frequently, with excellent communication, coordination, and management skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
