Requirements

  • Strong understanding of logistics, quality control, inventory management, and international export processes.
  • Able to speak English and Mandarin.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

Oversee areas below:

Durian Collection Process:

  • Oversee the collection of durians from farms or suppliers, ensuring quality control standards are met.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely and reliable deliveries.
  • Coordinate logistics and transport for the collection of durians, ensuring efficient routes and minimizing delays.

Factory Processing:

  • Manage the processing of durians in the factory, including sorting, packaging, and preservation.
  • Monitor and maintain factory operations to ensure adherence to quality standards, hygiene practices, and safety regulations.
  • Ensure efficient use of labor, materials, and production time, identifying areas for improvement.

Retail and Wholesale Distribution:

  • Oversee the distribution of durians to retail and wholesale channels, ensuring product availability and timely delivery.
  • Manage inventory levels and optimize stock to meet demand fluctuations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with retail and wholesale partners, providing excellent customer service and resolving operational issues.

Export Channels:

  • Develop and manage export strategies for international markets, ensuring compliance with local regulations and standards.
  • Coordinate export logistics, including shipping, customs clearance, and documentation, ensuring timely delivery to overseas clients.
  • Track international market trends and customer preferences to adapt and improve the product offering.

Team Management:

  • Lead, train, and develop a team across all operational areas, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
  • Establish clear goals and KPIs for staff and ensure consistent performance reviews.
  • Handle recruitment, scheduling, and conflict resolution within the operations team.

Budgeting and Cost Control:

  • Oversee operational budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities and ensuring financial efficiency across all operations.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including production costs, inventory turnover, and other efficiency metrics.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM7,500.00 per month
