1. Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including balance sheets, income statements, and other financial reports.

2. Assist with bookkeeping tasks such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing.

3. Collaborate with superiors to ensure compliance with tax regulations.

4. Assist clients with financial queries and provide necessary support.

5. Prepare tax returns for clients.

6. Monitor and manage financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.

7. Assist in financial analysis and budgeting for clients.

8. Assist in e-invoicing implementation.

9. Record all the transactions for each file for each customer and calculate the profit and loss

10. Issue a receipt for each payment received

11. Manage closed files (record all the files and send all the files to the store)

12. Submit the document to LHDN and land office (stamping, smartbox)

13. Assist in admin / ad-hoc work

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
