Job Description:

  • Handle a full set of accounts.
  • Process bills, checks, receipts, and other documents.
  • Monitor financial transactions.
  • Assist with account reconciliations, financial statements, and aging reports.
  • Report the status of accounts and discrepancies.
  • Liaise with external parties – Clients, Vendors, Government Departments &, etc. for Company matters.
  • Assist with administrative duties to ensure the smooth running of Company business such as office equipment and stationery, handle incoming and outgoing calls, and other day-to-day administrative duties.

Requirements:

  • SPM/STPM/Diploma in Accountancy, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • 2 years of working experience in the accountancy field, performing a full set of accounts manually.
  • Excellent written and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Well-versed in using Microsoft Office and other spreadsheet applications.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: Up to RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Education:

  • STM/STPM (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Accounting: 2 years (Preferred)
