Job Description:
- Handle a full set of accounts.
- Process bills, checks, receipts, and other documents.
- Monitor financial transactions.
- Assist with account reconciliations, financial statements, and aging reports.
- Report the status of accounts and discrepancies.
- Liaise with external parties – Clients, Vendors, Government Departments &, etc. for Company matters.
- Assist with administrative duties to ensure the smooth running of Company business such as office equipment and stationery, handle incoming and outgoing calls, and other day-to-day administrative duties.
Requirements:
- SPM/STPM/Diploma in Accountancy, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- 2 years of working experience in the accountancy field, performing a full set of accounts manually.
- Excellent written and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Well-versed in using Microsoft Office and other spreadsheet applications.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: Up to RM3,000.00 per month
