Key Responsibilities of this job:
1. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with advertisers, media agencies and other partners.
- Understand client needs, goals, and industries to provide strategic advertising solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them on leveraging the platform for maximum brand impact.
2. Sales and Revenue Growth
- Identify and secure new advertising opportunities to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand the platform's advertising client base.
- Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue.
3. Campaign Development and Management
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to design impactful advertising campaigns.
- Ensure smooth execution and timely delivery of campaigns, adhering to quality standards.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide detailed analytics and reports to clients, offering recommendations for improvement.
4. Market Research and Insights.
- Stay updated on the latest advertising trends, market demands, and competitor activities.
- Provide feedback and insights to the product and content teams for enhancing advertising opportunities on the platform.
5. Collaboration and Teamwork
- Work closely with the marketing, content, and technical teams to create innovative ad formats and solutions.
- Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance platform offerings and user experience.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum years of experience required to perform this job:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in advertising sales, preferably in media, digital, or streaming platforms
Required functional competencies:
- Strong understanding of digital advertising trends and solutions.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
