Requirements
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is preferred).
- Candidate must possess at least an SPM or Diploma.
- Preferably with retail experience in telecommunication products and services.
- At least one (1) year of working experience in a related field is required.
- Able to work in flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, according to retail operational requirements.
- Sales-oriented and able to work independently.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Good discipline and able to work as a team.
Responsibilities
- Act as a Customer Service professional, attending to service requests and sales interactions with customers at the shop.
- Handle enquiries on services provided, such as Postpaid, Prepaid, Broadband, and Account Status.
- Responsible for handling customer information, monitoring transactions, ensuring proper control, reconciliation, and timely system updates.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of new and existing customers.
