Job Description: Marketing Cum Admin

We at Pusat Tuisyen Kota Ilmu are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to fill the Marketing Cum Admin position. This role requires someone capable of efficiently handling both marketing and administrative tasks to support daily operations and enhance our tuition center’s competitiveness in the market.

Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing:

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to attract new students and promote tuition services.
  • Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) by creating engaging and effective content.
  • Develop marketing materials such as videos, posters, brochures, and digital advertisements.
  • Analyze marketing campaign performance and prepare related reports.
  • Establish strategic partnerships with schools, local communities, and relevant organizations.

Administration:

  • Handle student registrations, data records, and class schedules.
  • Provide friendly and efficient customer service to parents and students.
  • Support daily tuition center operations, including document and inventory management.
  • Assist in coordinating tuition center events and activities.

Qualifications:

  • Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in marketing or administration, preferably in the education sector.
  • Strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English (spoken and written).
  • Proficient in social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
  • Disciplined, proactive, and a team player.
  • Able to multitask and meet deadlines effectively.
