  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Web & IT Specialist with expertise in WordPress development, SEO optimization, web maintenance, listings management, and coding.

This role is crucial in ensuring our health & wellness platform runs smoothly, remains secure, and ranks well on search engines. You will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our website’s performance while also managing the uploading and optimization of products, services, and content listings.

Key Responsibilities1. Website Development & Maintenance (WordPress & CMS Management)

  • Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress-based websites.
  • Optimize website speed, security, and performance.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, errors, and broken links.
  • Implement responsive and mobile-friendly web designs.
  • Manage website backups, updates, and security patches.
  • Configure WooCommerce settings for seamless e-commerce operations.

2. SEO Optimization & Digital Marketing Support

  • Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search rankings.
  • Optimize website structure, metadata, and content for better visibility.
  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
  • Improve website speed and Core Web Vitals performance.
  • Monitor website performance using Google Analytics & Search Console.

3. Listings Upload & Management

  • Upload and manage product, service, and content listings according to pre-defined criteria.
  • Ensure all listings are properly categorized, formatted, and optimized for SEO.
  • Work closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure accurate updates.
  • Maintain a well-organized and user-friendly database of listings.

4. IT & Technical Support

  • Manage web hosting, domain configurations, and server maintenance.
  • Ensure website security and protection from cyber threats.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to hosting, email, and integrations.
  • Implement performance-enhancing plugins and tools.

5. Coding & Web Development

  • Develop custom WordPress themes and plugins as needed.
  • Modify and optimize existing themes, templates, and scripts.
  • Ensure cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility.
  • Work with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL for advanced customizations.

6. AI Chatbot Development & Automation (Preferred but not required)

  • Assist in building and managing an AI-powered customer service chatbot.
  • Implement automation tools to improve workflow efficiency.

Requirements & Qualifications Must-Have:

3+ years of experience in web development, WordPress, SEO, and IT support.
Technical proficiency in:

  • WordPress CMS, WooCommerce, Elementor, and other page builders.
  • HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL for website customizations.
  • SEO tools (Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.).
  • Web hosting, domain management, and DNS configurations.
  • Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and tracking tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with eCommerce platforms (WooCommerce, Shopify, etc.).
Familiarity with automation tools, API integrations, and CRM systems.
Knowledge of website accessibility, UI/UX best practices.
Background in health & wellness, eCommerce, or digital agencies is a plus.
