Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Junior Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring smooth and efficient office operations. You will work closely with our engineer and other team members to help manage daily tasks and improve productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and physical mail
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and events
- Organize and maintain office files and records
- Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and other documents
- Perform basic office duties such as filing, data entry, and document management
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders professionally
- Other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Secretary, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- High school diploma; additional qualification as a Secretary or in Office Administration is a plus
