Job Requirement

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM/Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management/Engineering/Mechanical, or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate, educate and coordinate a team
  • Preferably team-oriented, cross-functional, collaborative environment
  • Possess advanced reporting and computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint and so forth) and eager to learn new skills
  • Multi-taking, prioritization and time management skill

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle shortage of tray, basket and product after delivery done by driver
  • Performs administrative tasks to support the Department.
  • Maintain files and records in order to remain updated and easily accessible.
  • Working knowledge office devices and processes.
  • Perform general office duties including faxing, copying, scanning and filing.
  • Other tasks assigned by Management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
