Job Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM/Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management/Engineering/Mechanical, or equivalent
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate, educate and coordinate a team
- Preferably team-oriented, cross-functional, collaborative environment
- Possess advanced reporting and computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint and so forth) and eager to learn new skills
- Multi-taking, prioritization and time management skill
Job Responsibilities
- Handle shortage of tray, basket and product after delivery done by driver
- Performs administrative tasks to support the Department.
- Maintain files and records in order to remain updated and easily accessible.
- Working knowledge office devices and processes.
- Perform general office duties including faxing, copying, scanning and filing.
- Other tasks assigned by Management
