  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and Screening: Identify and attract suitable candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.). Conduct initial screening to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.
  • Interviewing: Conduct interviews with potential candidates to evaluate their skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Candidate Management: Manage the entire candidate lifecycle, from initial contact to offer acceptance. Provide timely feedback and updates to candidates.
  • Client Management: Build strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Job Posting and Advertising: Create and post job advertisements on relevant platforms.
  • Database Management: Maintain an updated candidate database and client records.
  • Training and Development: Participate in training programs to enhance recruitment skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proactive and results-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Note: Training will be provided to ensure successful performance in this role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
