Job Responsibility
- Sourcing vendor/supplier, examining prospective suppliers and negotiating pricing and contract terms.
- Maintaining inventory/stock of coffee machine beverage accessories and, ordering, and receiving the supplies and managing records of fixed assets.

- Accomplish organizational goals and other tasks assigned by superiors.
- Bachelor's degree (any discipline) or equivalent experience and 4+ years of specialized Possess or at least a diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in using office software, including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Words.
- Having knowledge of basic accounting or construction is a plus point.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.
- Punctuality and reliability.
