Job Description
- Launch and track marketing programs for partnership usage to boost up credit card spending at merchant's end and drive additional benefits to the cardholders.
- Secure new and in-trend deals to ensure offers availability is relevant to the market.
- Work closely with key business partners to explore marketing tie-up opportunities and work on thematic / tactical campaigns within the category to increase visibility.
- Develop and execute end-to-end process on marketing plans for respective partners with internal stakeholders on communications.
- Manage program expenses and ensure programs and processes are executed effectively and efficiently. Facilitating payment processes and meets the budgeted expenses.
- Ensure marketing programs comply with compliance and branding guidelines as well as to obtain approval from all relevant parties for each marketing campaigns.
- Ensure placement of POSM for all on-ground outlets and digital banner for online partner.
- Conduct review of marketing programs with merchants to analyze the campaign response as well as return of investment.
- **Work closely with Unit coordinator for budgeted expenses and ensure payment being processed in timely manner.
- **To manage SPM’s operational & compliance processes/ procedures.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field or professional qualifications
- Minimum 5-8 years of related working experience or in the areas of sales, marketing, customer loyalty, partner management, administration
- Good interpersonal skills
- Strong written and communication skills
- Strategic planning and implementation capabilities
- Able to multitasking with good follow up
- Team player
