  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Perform live hosting for sales on social media platforms, actively engaging with customers to build trust and drive sales.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally and in a timely manner during and after live sessions.
  • Work schedule: 24 hours per week (on a shift basis).

  • Enhance, maintain, and improve online sales operations, including implementing upselling and cross-selling techniques.
  • Create and execute creative social media content and strategies to boost engagement and visibility (as an additional skill).
  • Plan and collaborate on promotional campaigns to increase product and service sales.
  • Set up and operate live streaming equipment, ensuring high-quality audio and visuals during live sessions, and troubleshoot technical issues when needed.
  • Track and report live sales performance, analysing data to improve strategies and meet targets.
  • Support other online sales operations, such as inventory updates and managing customer orders, as required.

    Additional Information:

    • Probation period with salary: Three (3) months.
    • Work location: Senawang.
  • Confident in speaking in front of the camera, with or without showing face.
  • Minimum qualification: SPM certificate (Diploma or higher qualifications are preferred).
  • Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia (proficiency in English, Mandarin, or Tamil is an added advantage).
  • Owns personal transportation.
  • Possesses skills and knowledge in gaming, including being up to date with gaming trends, popular games, and industry developments.
  • Familiarity with managing or promoting content on social media platforms like TikTok or Facebook.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with the team and engaging with the audience.
  • Creative and adaptable, with the ability to generate engaging content tailored to gaming audiences.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends, based on content schedules or gaming events.
  • Previous experience in content creation, live streaming, or hosting is an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of video editing, live streaming software, or related tools (e.g., OBS, Streamlabs) is a plus.
