The Opportunity
  • Responsible for processing and issuing sales invoices accurately and meet client requirements.
  • Enter data according to Standard Operating Procedure.
  • Respond to queries for information and access relevant files.
  • Record information into UNIBIS/SAP/NFS.
  • Check completed work for accuracy.
  • Proactively communicate with customer via email.
What you'll need to succeed
  • Detail Oriented with good time management skill.
  • Drive process improvement initiative on Invoice Processing Process/Payment and Issue.
  • Keeping sensitive customer or company information confidential.
  • Explore process improvement through Continuous Improvement initiative.
  • Process invoice timely and accurately to meet KPI.
  • Handle Invoice Processing/Payment for multiple Countries – cross trained and manage different country accesses.
