Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Accountant

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the full spectrum of accounting functions, including accounts receivable and payable.
• Process invoices, issue receipts, and ensure timely collection and reconciliation of payments.
• Work on backlog clearance by reviewing outstanding accounts, reconciling discrepancies, and implementing solutions.
• Conduct financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making.
• Assist in financial forecasting, revenue tracking, and budget planning.
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency and compliance.
• Ensure accurate financial records and reports in accordance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and other stakeholders on financial matters.
• Use accounting software and tools to streamline accounting operations.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in an education institution or service industry.
• Possess a basic accounting certification or higher (Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred).
• Strong knowledge of accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger functions.
• Experience in clearing financial backlogs and implementing accounting policies is a plus.
• Proficiency in accounting softwares Quick books and etc
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
