We are looking for an XHS Specialist to drive the expansion of our XHS department by identifying new business opportunities and partnerships. - Sales Growth: Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue and optimize performance for both in-house brands and client accounts.
- Team Lead: Act as the go-to expert for XHS strategies, guiding account managers & Content Creators on platform rules, content direction, and best practices.
- Performance standards: Analyze account performance to optimize results, improve engagement, and increase conversions while ensuring all content meets high-quality standards and adheres to platform guidelines.
- Advisory on Platform Rules & Trends: Keep the team updated on XHS algorithm changes, advertising policies, and trending formats.
