- Identify, prospect, and engage with working professionals and corporate clients interested in upskilling through our training programs.
- Conduct outbound sales calls, emails, and follow-ups to convert leads into enrollments.
- Effectively present program details, value propositions, and benefits to potential clients.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed enrollment targets.
- Track and report sales performance metrics, including conversion rates and revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Serve as the main point of contact for inquiries and provide personalized consultations.
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable training programs.
- Address client concerns and objections while ensuring a smooth enrollment process.
- Work with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to optimize the lead generation and sales funnel.
- Collaborate with university partners, corporate HR departments, and industry professionals to generate B2B sales opportunities.
- Participate in networking events, webinars, and industry expos to promote training programs.
- Ensure seamless onboarding of enrolled participants, assisting them with learning platform access and program guidance.
- Follow up with clients post-enrollment to enhance retention and engagement.
- Gather feedback from participants to improve training offerings and customer experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, client engagement, or business development (preferably in education, training, or professional development sector).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to present and sell training programs effectively.
- Experience with CRM tools and lead management systems is a plus.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
