System Analyst

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled System Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing innovative system solutions to support the efficiency and scalability of MecWise applications and services. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, project managers, developers, and other technical teams to ensure that system requirements are met and operational goals are achieved. Key Responsibilities: System Analysis & Design: • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for MecWise system applications. • Conduct thorough system analysis to identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and process improvement. • Design efficient, scalable, and maintainable system architectures based on business needs. Stakeholder Collaboration: • Work closely with business users, product managers, and technical teams to ensure alignment of system features with business objectives. • Act as the liaison between non-technical stakeholders and the development team to translate business requirements into technical specifications. System Implementation & Integration: • Coordinate the integration of MecWise systems with existing enterprise platforms and software solutions. • Support the deployment of new systems, updates, and patches to ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruption. Troubleshooting & Support: • Identify, diagnose, and resolve system-related issues in a timely and effective manner. • Provide technical support and training to end-users, ensuring the effective use of MecWise systems and applications. Documentation & Reporting: • Maintain comprehensive documentation of system designs, architecture, configurations, and processes. • Create detailed reports on system performance, updates, and improvements for management review. Quality Assurance & Testing: • Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure system changes meet business requirements and quality standards. • Develop and execute test cases to ensure the robustness and functionality of new system releases. Required Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). • Proven experience as a System Analyst, ideally within the [industry type] or with expertise in implementing enterprise-level systems. • Strong understanding of MecWise or similar systems, applications, and software integrations. • Proficiency in system design, documentation, and analysis methodologies. • Hands-on experience with system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
