This role involves leading a team of developers, ensuring the successful execution of digital projects, and leveraging emerging technologies to enhance business operations and user experiences. Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership s Development Lead the end-to-end development of web and mobile applications. Ensure best practices in coding, security, and software architecture. Oversee system integrations, API development, and third-party services. Optimize performance, scalability, and efficiency of digital solutions. Team Management s Collaboration Mentor and guide a team of developers, fostering technical growth. Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and business stakeholders. Conduct code reviews and enforce development standards. Project Management s Execution Oversee the full software development lifecycle (SDLC). Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation. Ensure smooth deployment, testing, and maintenance of digital platforms. Digital Strategy s Innovation Stay updated on emerging digital trends and technologies. Recommend and implement new frameworks, tools, and methodologies. Drive automation and DevOps practices for continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD). Requirements Technical Skills Proficiency in JavaScript (React, Angular, Vue), Node.js, Python, or Java. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud). Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices, and database technologies (SQL, NoSQL). Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Qualifications s Experience Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. Minimum 5+ years of experience in software development. At least 2+ years of experience leading a development team. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Preferred Skills Knowledge of AI/ML, blockchain, or IoT technologies. Experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). Background in e-commerce, fintech, or digital transformation projects.
