Draughtsman and Designer

Job Description: We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Draughtsman to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating accurate technical drawings and plans to support mechanical and electrical projects. You will work closely with engineers, project managers, and other team members to ensure designs meet specifications and project goals. Responsibilities: 1. Prepare detailed technical drawings, blueprints, and plans based on engineering specifications. 2. Modify and revise drawings as necessary to accommodate project changes. 3. Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure design accuracy and feasibility. 4. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company guidelines. 5. Maintain organized records of drawings, revisions, and project documentation. 6. Use CAD software to produce 2D and 3D designs as required. 7. Conduct site visits to gather measurements and verify existing conditions, if needed. 8. Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure materials align with design specifications. Requirements: 1. Diploma or Certificate in Draughtsmanship, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Architectural or a related field. 2. Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or equivalent). 3. Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems is an advantage. 4. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in creating technical drawings. 5. Excellent organizational and time management skills. 6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting. 7. Familiarity with industry standards and regulations. 8.
