Job Responsibility

  • Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Assist in office coordination, such as managing office supplies and handling correspondence.
  • Perform runner duties, including delivering and collecting documents, parcels, and other office-related items.
  • Liaise with external vendors, couriers, and service providers as needed.
  • Support scheduling, meeting arrangements, and travel coordination for staff.
  • Handle minor office maintenance and ensure cleanliness and organization.
  • Assist in other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in administration are a plus.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or similar role is preferred.
  • Possession of a valid driverâs license and access to a vehicle (if required).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently with minimal supervision.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment.
  • Physically fit and able to carry out runner tasks as needed.
