Job Responsibility
- Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document management.
- Assist in office coordination, such as managing office supplies and handling correspondence.
- Perform runner duties, including delivering and collecting documents, parcels, and other office-related items.
- Liaise with external vendors, couriers, and service providers as needed.
- Support scheduling, meeting arrangements, and travel coordination for staff.
- Handle minor office maintenance and ensure cleanliness and organization.
- Assist in other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in administration are a plus.
- Proven experience in an administrative or similar role is preferred.
- Possession of a valid driverâs license and access to a vehicle (if required).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment.
- Physically fit and able to carry out runner tasks as needed.
