Job Responsibility
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (emails, letters, packages, etc.).
- Perform data entry and support in work-related reports.
- Liaise with government departments and agencies for company-related applications and registrations.
- Arrange accommodation and travel for internal staff when needed.
- General office management and organization.
- Maintain filing and record-keeping for admin and statutory documents.
- Ensure office activities and operations comply with company policies.
- Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Assist in other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
- Must be fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
- Possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma, or relevant working experience.
- Fresh graduates are welcome; prior experience as an Administrative Assistant is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent planning, time management, multitasking, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is an added advantage.
- Confident, self-driven, results-oriented, and articulate.
